Roshankish Martial Arts

We all have a responsibility to be strong for ourselves and for those we love. Therefore we need to work on building that strength now. Re-prioritize and make time to exercise and recognize the importance of it. Start small and work up to your goals. Get passed injuries by mobilizing your body so you can get fit, get flexible and get strong both physically and mentally.

Roshankish Krav Maga Boston

We are the only Krav Maga school near Boston with real-life self defense training. Our instructors have many years of military, law enforcement and martial arts experience.

Boston MUAY THAI – BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Muay Thai is a combat sport that utilizes punching, kicking, knees, elbows and a variety of blocks and strike techniques. Historically, the sport has been referred to as “The art of eight limbs.”

WOMEN’S FITNESS CLASSES

We have designed a program that you will see results just in six week. Our RWF (Roshankish Women’s Fitness) is based on Krav Maga fitness.

Boston WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE:

Not only will you learn what to do in the event of an attack, at Roshankish Martial Arts Boston you will also learn how to avoid an attack by attending our Women’s Self Defense classes.

MEDFORD KIDS MARTIAL ARTS

Martial arts is an invaluable learning tool for every young person looking for an active sport that will support confidence, conflict resolution skills, individuality, mental focus, perseverance, self respect and control while being active and having fun in a supportive environment.
